CULTURE OF CONSERVATION IN DANGER Pavia. The degradation progresses.

Article 9 of the Constitution is written that the Italian Republic protects the historic landscape and artistic of the nation.
Very often, there has been a general deterioration of ancient monuments. The causes of this decline are many cultural, paradoxical as the building amnesty law, the regularization of illegal material landscape and the lack of scientific staff employed in the various superintendents. These laws are often in favor of speculators, unscrupulous cunning, totally indifferent at the level of conservation, just pull up a dozen of apartments in a small plot of land while the town compliant gains in construction costs at the expense of story material.
Often the historical buildings scattered in small towns is called surface "child" but it is not at all, it is a sign of the historical stratificatasi in the territory, a collection of art, architecture, history and archeology inseparable and therefore should be protected and not destroyed without even document it. How many farms
sign of civilization, for example, already have been demolished in the territory, when they could very well be restored or renovated. Dovecote towers of the fifteenth century frescoes and medieval buildings left in hiding abandonment by the owners, however, would be recovered if the pride of a region rich with history. The lack of people who have a wider look at leads only negative consequences, in fact here you are putting at risk our centuries-old culture of conservation. Therefore a civil battle and every citizen is free in his small, pointing out the havoc and neglect of environmental protection competent bodies. However it is not enough, given the cunning ability to bypass the laws on heritage conservation. Funds are also used new laws and stronger financial sector in the culture. Throwing a pebble in the pond, however, to attract the attention of public and private entities is always useful, because it is the inalienable right to destroy the values \u200b\u200bof our historical memory.
