Pasquarolo is a typical Lombard farmhouse seventeenth-century square with very large central courtyard, all buildings such as barns, farm houses and mansion are crumbling , abandoned by the relentless destroyer of time as the agency owner (Ghislieri College of Pavia) is not interested in maintaining its buildings. However, all buildings although very few compromises, with a careful restoration and Sudio would be recoverable, I dare say that a farm in a place so enclosed and quiet, just steps from the main road could be a good excuse if so needed to save the old farm from his total ruin.
